Have I spoken to you about my love for Real Technique brushes yet? Yes? Well here is more! After I recently bought the Expert Face Brush (review here, which I am still determined to find a use for but haven’t yet!) I wanted to get the Travel Essentials Kit for the Multi Task Brush. I got this set from Beauty Chamber for £20.99 with £2.95 postage and packaging. Yes this is quite expensive to buy when you are just after one brush from the kit but I thought considering a MAC brush (especially the one in question) is £26 for just the one brush, this was better value for money as at least this way I am getting 3!

The main reason why I had my eyes on this kit and more importantly the Multi Task Brush is because I have been on the hunt to replace my MAC 129 Power/Blush Brush. It has turned into a complete shedding nightmare and has been rendered unusable. If you remember I did get the Expert Face Brush (pictured above on the far left) for this purpose but sadly it was too dense. This is wear the Multi Task Brush comes in (pictured in the middle)! It is slightly wider and bigger then the Expert Face Brush and is by no means as dense. It has a more similar shape to the MAC Blush/Powder Brush and is the perfect replacement! It applies blush like a dream. My only slight niggle with it is that depending on how you hold the brush sometimes it can place the blush a little high but apart from that it is perfect. This kit comes with the Foundation Brush (which I already had from buying the Core Collection review here and therefore gave to my mum) and also the Domed Shadow Brush. I didn’t think I would be too fussed about this brush as RT have won my heart in the face brush category but I haven’t tried any of their eye brushes. Well more fool me! This brush is just as amazing as all the others and has now become my go to eyeshadow brush. I’ve also seen a lot of people use it to blend in their concealer with too. What a handy little thing!

My MAC brush is now a distant nightmare and the Multi Task Brush has well and truly saved the day!
